NYC ELITE FAQs
What should my child wear to gymnastics?
Children should wear comfortable active wear and be barefoot (and a mask for those over the age of 3). We do not require gymnasts to wear leotards, but we do have them for sale in our Pro Shop for anyone interested!
How does billing work?
Both our recreational and team programs are on a monthly billing schedule. On the 25th of every month we charge for the following month. The price you see in the customer portal is the monthly cost for the class.
What happens if I want to cancel?
While we are sad to see you go, we understand schedules are always changing. Our monthly billing provides flexibility if you’d like to cancel for the following month. If you would like to cancel, you must log into your customer portal account and submit a class drop request before the 20th of the month. Once we process billing, however, we do not issue refunds.
My child missed a class, do you offer make ups?
Yes we do! Makeups are allowed in classes with availability for your child’s correct age group and level. You may schedule a makeup at any time as long as your child is currently registered. While we cannot guarantee makeup availability, the front desk tries to be as accommodating as possible.
Can I stay and watch my child’s gymnastics class?
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we cannot allow adults to stay during our peak hours. We strive to keep the lobby as clear as possible, reserving the ability to stay for those who have gymnasts who struggle with separating or are under the age of 5. We hope to provide viewing times throughout the year for you to come watch your child.
